Dr. Shikhanwita Roy

Dr. Shikhanwita Roy is the founding director of Sustech Engineering Private Limited, where she has been pivotal in developing 'Sustech Knowledge', overseeing all aspects from planning and executing training programs to managing faculty and operations. With a Ph.D. in economics, she has been an economic analyst with Messrs Roy Ghosh & Associates since 2005, contributing to her depth of knowledge and experience towards micro and macro-economic aspects of the development of auditing of World Bank Aided Projects in India.

Combining her extensive economics background and consulting expertise, she assists clients in making best decisions. Additionally, Dr. Roy has over a decade of academic experience specializing in economic development and has published extensively in prestigious journals.
